General Policy

All sales are final. Because NoraStudio sells digital products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a digital file has been purchased and delivered or downloaded.

Defective or Incomplete Files

If a file is corrupted, cannot be downloaded, is missing, or is materially different from its product description, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue promptly by providing a corrected or replacement file where appropriate.

This does not create a general right to return or refund digital products.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, for digital content, this right may be lost when you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once access to or downloading of the digital content begins.

By completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to your digital files, you acknowledge and agree that your right of withdrawal is waived once the digital content has been made available to you or downloaded.

If you have not yet accessed or downloaded your digital files, you may contact NoraStudio within 14 days of purchase to request cancellation, subject to applicable law.

Incorrect Purchases

Please carefully review the product description, included files, format, and compatibility information before purchasing.

We do not offer refunds for accidental purchases, purchasing the wrong product, or changing your mind after the digital files have been accessed or downloaded.
